AS IVENDI transitioned from a scale-up to an enterprise organisation, the small Design team were struggling to meet the increased demand for design from multiple product teams. 

‍On joining the company as Head of UX, I quickly identified this pain point and initiated a Design System to introduce modern, component based, modular design using Figma.

Results

The Design System was a big success allowing the Design team to meet the increased demand for product design improving efficiency, speed, consistency, and enabling the effective scaling of design and rapid prototyping across multiple product teams.
