AS IVENDI transitioned from a scale-up to an enterprise organisation, the small Design team were struggling to meet the increased demand for design from multiple product teams.

On joining the company as Head of UX, I quickly identified this pain point and created Design Systems to introduce modern, component based, modular design using Figma, enabling the design team to deliver high quality product design and prototyping faster, and more efficiently. 

In addition to its own products, iVendi also acts as an automotive product design and development partner for other companies. The German company, Juhu Auto, is one such company and a subsidiary of German banking giant, BDK Bank.

Results

The Juhu Auto Design System was a big success allowing the Design team to meet the increased demand for product design improving efficiency, speed, and consistency.
